Social Media Content Creator
Job Location : Kuwait
Qualifications :
• Create, film, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Develop monthly content calendars and creative content ideas
• Plan and execute reels, videos, stories, interviews, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes coverage
• Write engaging captions and social media copy in line with the brand tone of voice
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms
• Monitor trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates
• Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and marketing teams
• Cover events, activations, launches, and campaigns when needed
• Ensure consistency of branding, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
• Track social media performance and provide monthly reports and insights
• Assist in sponsored campaigns and influencer collaborations
• Organize and maintain content folders, assets, and media libraries
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and digital trends
• Skilled in content shooting and editing using mobile and/or camera equipment
• Proficiency in editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Arabic
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexible for events, shoots, and campaign coverage when required
