Qualification:
• Mason must have good practical experience in hardscaping / landscaping projects.
• Must have worked and executed in Driveways, paths, parks, gardens in good quality and smooth finished manner.
• Must be know how to mix the aggregate, resin, sand etc. to get designed mix
• Must have worked in Gravel resin mix using mixer and forced action mixer machine operation good manner.
• Must have knowledge and worked in pre installation preparation before gravel resin mix pouring.
• Must have good practice from start mixing in proportion of aggregates, sand, resin in force action mixer or mixer with proper equal time and avoid wastages improper mix
• Must be able to trained other masons, workers when required at site
• Must be expert in trowelling the gravel resin mix, give sloping , curvy shape or spherical shape etc when required, giving final polished finish
• Must have proper utilization of hand tools, machinery, equipment’s and also know proper naming of required hand tools, machinery, equipment’s
• Must have knowledge and worked for final checks before installing a resin driveway, paths, etc. final checks, surface checks, material checks, check area, clean and prepare equipment, edge tape etc
