Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Job Location : UAE
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute recruiting plans for oil and gas positions
• Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and keep accurate records of recruitment activities
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to stay competitive in the market
• Build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in recruitment processes
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting for the oil and gas industry
• Preferably experience working in international recruitment or with diverse nationalities
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong technical skills in using recruitment software and databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Physical ability to attend industry events and travel as needed
