Legal Counsel
Key Skill Set:
• Commercially focused and output driven
• Able to work at fast pace and with strong work ethics
• Punctual and professional
• Quietly confident in their ability, however confident enough to share concerns and seek support where necessary
• Arabic and English proficient (Arabic is an added advantage not mandatory)
• Able to naturally develop working relationships and respect with internal clients
Key Experience:
• 5+ years post qualification experience
• GCC experience in Corporate, Commercial & M&A is a must
• Ethics and Compliance knowledge required
• Trained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, White shoe law firm, or top 5 regional firm
