HR Manager
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Job Description :
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct workforce planning and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct job analysis, and create job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations on compensation structures.
• Manage the annual performance review process and provide guidance on salary increases and bonus all
• Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and preparing HR-related documentation.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
