Online Sales Executive

Job Location : Kuwait

Responsibilities :

• Acquire leads on prospective customers from the e-commerce portal and from CLM department.
• Review enquires received on e-commerce portal and contact customers to clarify their queries on products. Also, assist them in selecting the Mercedes-Benz products by undertaking an in-depth needs analysis.
• Leverage the use of e-commerce portal and it is features to formally explain to customers the product range, availability of stock, pricing and payments process to confirm booking of selected cars.
• Explain vehicle performance, product details, features and benefits according to the Mercedes-Benz sales process.
• Follow-up with customers registered on e-commerce portal, during special promotions and offers campaigns from marketing team.
• Fix appointments to invite potential customers from e-commerce and other sources, who have shown interest.
• Greet and continue assistance to the customers when they visit the showroom according to the Mercedes-Benz brand image.
• Offer and accompany the customer in test driving vehicles according to the Mercedes-Benz test drive process.
• Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract and associated documentation
• Promote and up sell Mercedes-Benz products and services (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Collection).
• Introduce finance and insurance products during the sales process and support implementation of finance and insurance campaigns.
• Facilitate that the F&I department receives sufficient customer information for a smooth hand-over.
• Facilitate that relevant paperwork, car registration and/or insurance documentation is completed according to the distributor policies.
• Organize the hand-over of the vehicle according to the distributor policy.
• Introduce the customer to the After-Sales department.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the Online Sales Manager.
