Business Planning Head
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience preferably with an Oil and Gas company, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Develop and implement the organization’s strategic business plan in alignment with the overall company vision and mission.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure alignment of plans and effective communication of strategic objectives.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and financial management.
• Finance certification (CIMA, CGMA and CPA) is a must.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
