Responsibilities - As an Assistant Manager (From March-2015 to till Date)

? Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
? Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations and setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
? Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all the Export and Local customers in UAE as per schedule date and Make emergency deliveries if needed.

SUBCONTRACTING: Based on Purchase Dept. requisitions, Plan and execute the activities involved for sending material to Vendors for processing the Job work, rework etc. on E, C, D challans to meet the logistics requirement as per the production plan and delivery schedules IN ORDER TO meet the customer delivery requirements.
? Reconciliation of Subcontracting challans and maintaining the track register for material issued and received.
? Inventory: Monitoring the receipt of material as per the procurement plan IN ORDER TO maintain the optimum inventory, maintaining records for Inventory of Raw-materials, work-in-progress, consumables and finished goods and Regular Stock verification as perpetual inventory check to maintain no variation of SAP records Vs Physical stock.
? Logistics: Fill the material requirements based on MRP / Production order; provide equipment/ parts/ components from current stocks out as per requirement.
? MIS: Provide accurate and timely information/ reports relating to the area of responsibility to the SCM Head and Logistics Head IN ORDER TO enable stringent controlling and planning.
