I am a Human Resources specialist with twenty years of experience at Operational and Director status and within large scale business organisations within the UK and Middle East.
I have extensive human resources experience in the public and private sector and would welcome the opportunity to work back in those sectors. I am Glasgow based, however I am more than happy to travel to the appropriate job and remain there whilst the contract or permanent role takes place. I enjoy the intellectual challenges that the human resources sector has to offer and welcome the chance to resolve these types of business issues.
I have worked with Trade Unions for a number years and I have extensive experience if negotiations within TUPE and introduction or policies, practices and procedures in a unionised environment.
I have worked at director level and with organisational directors to ensure that when there is a business transformation Directors are engaged and fully informed of business restructures.
For the past few years I have been working on an interim basis, developing my personal skills and experience in sectors and industries that I have not had previous experience in. I am prepared to remain in a contractor status, however should a permanent role become offered I would be more than happy to accept.
I have extensive experience of mergers, acquisitions, downsizing, company reorganisations, trade union negotiations, company restructures, large talent recruitment programmes and TUPE.
I have extensive commercial business acumen and business astuteness experience both from an operational and an HR experience. When I commenced my working career I began in the commercial sector as an commercial business operations manager before commencing my human resources career.
I am very operational and strategically experienced and more than happy to deliver the necessary operational skills to ensure the projects are managed and completed.
I am available to accept a role immediately both in the UK and internationally.
