Monitoring all QC & Testing activities in Steel Products (Tubular/ Round / Flat) Laboratory.
Supervising all Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgical / Corrosion Test performed in Laboratory.
Supervising workshop operators for Sample / Specimen Preparation.
Reviewing Test reports and Certificates.
Giving feedback to Production department on product testing results,
Calibration of measuring instruments & Gauges(Dimensional Measuring Instruments, Temperature & Pressure Measuring Instruments.)
Preparing or Reviewing Procedures, Work Instructions, Report Formats, Inspection & Test Plan and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Documentation.
