• Effective supervision of the Projects construction operations and formally write to the contractor on any non-compliances with the suggestion of preventive and corrective measures that are in line with the required standards
• Leading a team of 2 HSE Engineer from parsons and provide regular updates to the Line and Functional Manager
• Preparation and periodic review of PSHEP (project safety health and environment plan) in line with the requirement of ESHARP
• Consultation with project parsons staffs on various day to day health and safety challenges, fix and monitor KPI for the project staffs to engage and report positive/improvement areas on site pertaining to health and safety
