Detailed Profile

Gained hands-on experience in facilitating and coordinating the inspection activities (piping/equipment surveys) related to document control of daily reports and project documentation, auditing & budget coordination.
? Assigned as Focal Point for managing the inspection management database (Maximo, MERIDIUM & Livelink) including system archiving and hardcopy indexing which includes on average 1,750 inspection reports annually. The system was deployed in 2008 and as of today the total number of records under my control is over 18,000.
? Responsible for preparing the section budget in line with 5 year business plan and monitoring the execution of activities to ensure no variance from the assigned budget.
? Serve as a first line of support to the section providing network & IT support and ensure that all inspection application are up & running.
