Creating Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects
Assist with BIM project setup including template formation, library creation, development of 3D parametric families and workflow analysis through various technologies.
Provide leadership and supervision to the BIM team and its activities.
Support project teams through the development of 3D & BIM project requirements such that it drives productivity and project schedule ensuring that best practices are being followed by team members.
Define scopes of work, evaluate site problems and issue RFIs
Prepare/Review of MEP coordination and shop drawings.
Coordinating all the MEP disciplines with architectural and structural & ensuring workability, space for easy access and maintenance for the services.
Attend project Technical Coordination meeting with Clients, Consultant, Sub-Contractors, Coordinators & Presenting the BIM coordination status and methodologies in review meetings.
Parametric Contents as per vendor datasheets/material submittals, Schedules, Layouts, 3D Views & Walkthroughs from the BIM Model.
Coordinating proactively with Site Engineers, Design Engineers and solving on site issues of coordination.
Perform 3D clash detection using Revit/Navisworks and coordination between trades and provide integrity to the models.
Preparation and review of modular rack drawings of MEP services for offsite manufacturing.
Assist with offsite manufacturing and onsite teams for proper build-up & installation of modular packages.
Preparation, review and updation of Plant Rooms/Equipment Layout drawings.
Assist architectural team in multi software conversion of the files and get useful data & information for the preparation of shop drawings.
Creating Mass surfaces for complex architectural geometries.
Familiar with basic HVAC Heating and cooling load calculations, Duct sizing, Pipe Sizing, ESP Calculation, Equipment Selection, etc.
