Site survey, Documentation, Electrical & Control Instrumentation wiring Drawings review and Red-markup
· Reviewing Design inputs P&IDs, Drawings, Control Narratives, C&E diagrams, cable schedule, Power schemes
for filed equipments etc.
· Preparation of Equipment IO List, Tag List Data base and Documentation in co-ordination with control
instrumentation & Electrical teams
· Co-Ordination with contractor, consultant & end user, attend review meetings
· Implementation of Open and complex close loop controls.
· Preparing schematics based on the inputs provided by customer or consultant, implementing on the SCADA
· I/O Assignment, hardware requirement calculations.
· Control philosophy Implementation or Logic Building.
· Network and third party interface design.
· Communication for Protocols Modbus serial, Modbus TCPIP, Profibus, HART with various configurations.
· Inter server communication, communication between third party communication protocols.
· Power, heat load calculation.
· Hardware Selection, Cabinet design, assembly and integration support.
· Hardware Inspection and assembly support.
· Profibus, Fibre optic, Ethernet network communication implementation and support
· Plant Commissioning - Hardware testing, system power ON activities, various logics/functional testing and
acceptance tests with end customer.
· Plant startup sequence development and commissioning.
· Network Establishment which includes server/station installation, switch configuration, LAN installation, and
establishing communication between controllers, servers, stations, software checking and generating internal
reports.
· Performing FAT and SAT.(Factory/Site acceptance tests)
· Plant commissioning including complex controls and startups controls, Pressure and temperature compensation
schemes development, Bypass and generation controls.
· Preparation of equipment and operation standard O&M manuals
· As Built Markups and Documentation
· Developing Guidelines & Checklists for preparing Engineering Deliverables.
· Conducting & Participating in contractor, consultant & customer training's
· Participating in Customer handover inspections
