I have a wide ranging experience of 25 years in Architectural Design, Project Management and ID Projects, handling prestigious projects in Bahrain and the Middle East
My roles have been versatile and quintessential, often applying my qualifications and experience in Project management. It has always complimented the goals and aspirations of the organization.
I have traveled to US (Skidmor Owing Meryll Architects), Dubai, QATAR, Abu Dhabi and Saudi to carry out Architectural design discussions,reviews and executions.
I have experience in designing and executing various types of buildings ranging from Palaces, Multi storied buildings, Palatial residences, Office buildings, Villa compounds, Automobile showrooms, Club house, Recreation centers etc
In Interior design I have worked on prestigious Palaces, Conference centers, Majlis Buildings, Office buildings, VIP Residences to name a few.
As a Project Manager/coordinator in Design Build my role includes Project Initiation, scope definition, Project Planning, Work breakdown structure, Scheduling, Delegation, Execution monitoring. Coordination of client requirement with the Designers, Visualizers, Construction Drawing Office, Specification department, Costing Department and finally the site execution team. A baseline plan is prepared in Primavera 6 in consultation with all parties involved. Cost, time and quality are the key concern in the final hand over as per the requirements of the client. The duties involve maintaining drawing register, sample and material approvals, quantities verification, site inspections, progress monitoring, S Curve predictions. I am apt in official correspondence and communication as per the requirement of the project.
As an Architect, my role has been to understand the client requirement, Design in various stages of Concept design, Design Development, Construction drawings and As Built drawings. This warranted a requirement of interpreting the local byelaws and coordinating with the Liaison department. It involves timely sanctions from Municipality, Electricity, Fire Fighting, Water supply, Civil aviation etc
To achieve these goals I make the best use of my qualifications of Post Graduation, Architecture, PMP, Scheduling in Primavera P6, 3D Max, Autocad, MS Office etc
I am a LEED accredited professional AP BD+C
I have successfully handed over Projects on time and within budget despite the tight deadlines.
