? Developing / coordinating with Quality Manager for the timely submission of all Quality Documentation / Deliverables
? Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Inspection Test Plan / Check sheets and ensuring approval from Client
? Ensure all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan / Contract and that these are documented on pre-defined formats/ check sheets. Ensuring all Hold and Witness Points are adhered to and the Client is given sufficient notice for inspection.
? Ensure all Quality requirements are understood by site personnel / workmen and subcontractors and providing training in the quality systems and skill functions necessary.
? Ensure proper interaction and co-ordination with Client and Site Team for project co-ordination.
? Carrying out regular surveillance inspections for activities on site and that of Subcontractors.
? Ensure incoming materials are inspected, as approved sample and stored properly as recommended.
? Ensure proper control on receipt / distribution of Contractual Documents and Drawings with assistance from Document Controller.
? Keep liaison with the outside and independent testing laboratory in the performance of necessary test and review all results.
? Prepare quality control inspection and testing required.
? Responsible for reviewing & assembly of all quality report & records, retain and prepare them for final handover documentations.
? Developing / coordinating with Project Management for the timely submission of all Quality deliverables.
? Ensure proper interaction and co-ordination with Quality Manager, Independent Testing Laboratory and Third Party Inspection Agency and Site team for project execution.
? Ensure and assist in the implementation of the Quality Plan.
? Ensuring and coordinating for the subcontractor quality control / implementation on site.
? Monitor, issue & follow-up Non Conformance’s with site team for close out and recommend corrective / preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformances.
