A dedicated professional having proficiency in Proposal/Bidding/Tendering Estimation, Submarine Cable Maintenance, Repair, Installation, Field Engineering and fabrication of offshore oil and gas platforms, jackets and spare hulls with more than 14 years of experience.
Presently working in E-marine PJSC Proposal Section which includes responding to prepare proposals for RFQ, Tender, Bid etc. for various GCC Entities, and Global Telecom Client &Customer.
E-marine PJSC Proposal Engineer: (from Jan 2011 – Till Date)
•Develop and co-ordinate a commercial approach for all Tenders / Proposal / Bids / Quotes in order to secure a successful outcome.
•Presenting Tender proposals / bids /quotes in line with the mandatory format which addresses the Client’s requirements and considers the market environment whilst optimizing profitability and the chance of accomplishment for the Company.
•Preparation of Major Subsea System Project Tenders from a technical and commercial perspective and timely completion of tasks.
•Translate Client and Company requirements into Clear and definitive tender/proposal strategy in accordance with defined scope of work and proposed execution philosophies on each tender / bid / proposal.
•Preparation of Project Schedule, calculations, write-up for Management approval and Proposals.
•Ensure identification and development of technical and or commercial proposal alternatives that would enhance the company’s competitive positions.
•Cooperation /Liaison with other in-house departments for the coordination of the Proposal/tendering process.
•Ensuring timely, accurate and comprehensive communication with all Clients through agreed and/or appropriate means.
•Identify, select and appoint sub-contractors, Vendors, Suppliers and other External Agencies to protect company’s interest and for the execution of assigned projects within time and budget.
Previously has Eight years experience in J Ray McDermott Middle East, Inc, Dubai as Field Engineering, Estimation, Dimension Control and Production for fabrication of offshore oil and gas platforms, jackets and spare hulls.
