I have done my Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Science and IATA consultant diploma passed with distinction. I am a person who can utilize and apply my knowledge skills which would enable me to grow while fulfilling organizational goals. I am an enthusiastic and adaptable person with high motivation and eager to learn new things. I have three months of Qatar exposure in tele-sales and 26 months of experience in Amadeus India.

Job Responsibilities

Training new staffs of Amadeus to develop telephone skills, internal processes and ISO procedures.
Training the travel agents in Amadeus on regular intervals.
To keep a track of all new entries, updates and enhancements
Handling queries/reservations for all IATA and non-IATA agents.
Resolving the agent’s concern and coordinating with various departments such as Business Development, Technical and Products.
Coordinating with technical support to resolve connectivity, installation and terminal based problems.
Generating and streamlining helpdesk reports at the mid of every week.
Coordinating with the Airlines, GSAs and other International organizations to provide information for travel agents.
Solving the discrepancies that may be reported by the travel agent between Amadeus and the Airline’s system
Making courtesy calls to the travel agents and courtesy visits with the manager.
Handling problems related to claims/reimbursements of travel agents.

Training &Achievements

Successfully completed Amadeus advanced reservation training.
Successfully completed the BSP - ticketing training. Chosen by the management to train new staffs and acquaint them with the ISO procedures.
Successfully chosen to give presentation on behalf of my department in front of the senior management.
