Detailed Profile

? During end user interactions, document all pertinent user information, request/issue details
and troubleshooting steps taken in the ticketing tool.
? Using company established rules, prioritize end user's requests and issues.
? Attend training sessions to learn relevant IT knowledge and company specific.
? Install and configure end-user equipment.
? Provide support with MFPs, scanning, photocopying, printing, etc.
? Install approved apps in users’ smartphones including configuration support.
? Provide Effective Support with MS Office 365 suite.
? Provide user support with network connectivity at offices, both Wi-Fi and LAN.
? Installing and configuration OS like Windows server 2012/2016 or latest version.
? Add/Remove/Modify active directory users account their need permission.
? Installing/configuration any kinds of CCTV Surveillance system.
? Providing support to end user related to any technical issues.
? Installing/configuration AVAYA IP telephonic system.
? Provide user support with network connectivity at offices, both Wi-Fi and LAN.
? Providing support from MOH base patent appointment base gateway JAVA issue.
? Configuration/Installation network printers TCP-IP for enterprise user.
? Add/Remove/Modify active directory users account their need permission.
? Find daily basis newly cases from the users and department and their machine better
performance into the PC.
? PC/Server/Laptop heath checkup.
? Maintenance documentation statics.
? knowledge of standard applications such as Windows OS (7&10), MS Office suite, Adobe Suite,
printer drivers, printer server operations, drive backups, PC Imaging, cloning.
? Provide First level of support to users on Hardware, Software, and LAN in the form of l IT
Helpdesk Tickets.
? Protect against Virus attacks by regularly updating the Antivirus software and scanning all
computers.
? Configure, troubleshoot, repair and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical problems
while ensuring user satisfaction.
