Detailed Profile

• World-class planning, execution and delivery of technical and managerial Health, Safety and Environmental aspects of the Forcados Terminal (West Asset), including overall coordination of the HSE program and the drive to reach our goal of zero HSE Incidents:
• Negotiating with Vendors for products and services related to Manpower, Marketing Goods, and other Material purchases related to HSE critical equipment
• Communicates with vendors partners on purchasing and shipment issues
• Schedules meetings and conference calls
• Provide and manage consistent high quality HSE development work and services In particular for Safety relating to onsite safe systems of work and to Technical Integrity in compliance with the Operations HSE Case
• Monitors Swamp Asset safety performance and conducts project audits and safety inspections.
• Take the lead in implementing the EP Goal Zero Must Win on Work Site Hazard Management improvement project requirements.
• Monitor, review and report HSE performance including main contractors and subcontractors to achieve the performance commitments.
Drive compliance with EPG/EP standards and procedures, local and HSE regulations.
Implement and maintain HSE MS and HSE Cases in all the facilities in the Production Area.
Maintain ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001 certification activities in the team.
• As HSE Authourised Person for Asset Swamp West Production consisting of 11 flow stations and 2 compression stations in the Niger Delta with net production capacity of 236,000bopd and 96.9Mmscf/d.
• Champion HSE aspects of Turn Around Maintenance; drive Process Safety Management audit on site and daily application of HEMP tools. Strengthen Operational safety support to address risk associated with management of change issues where like-for-like replacement of items were not feasible due to equipment no longer in OEM stock; Dimensions.
Indirect Opex: $~6mln
Production Assets: 10 flow stations with over 100 wellheads at Niger Delta. Barrels per day: 120bopd.
Indirect influence over all Swamp staff and contractors.
• Represents the department in all safety matters pertaining to internal and external activities.
• Responsible for the whole of Swamp asset action items on fountain tracking system
• Planning practical and effective solutions towards safe working practices.
