Voluntary work:
I relish the opportunity to play a positive role within the community, which has been demonstrated when undertaking frequent youth work, such as when I engaged as a staff member at summer play schemes, when acting as student mentor, and when successfully delivering workshops at Victoria women’s centre. Moreover, I have practiced my public speaking ability when delivering talks on various controversial issues, and undertaking pro-bono work for the community.

Over a two-year period, I engaged as Secretary for the Board of Governors Committee representative for all four college campuses. During the time, I effecitivley liaised with professional affiliates and actively participated in meetings. The board consisted of 18 associates, who collectively manged a £6m annual budget.

Further responsibilities and affiliations:
I am the President and one of the founding members of the Kanz ud Dawah University of Law Society which is an umbrella of the Charity I currently work for. With the aim to promote further awareness to Post Graduate Students, I organised dinner events, and also publicised matters via social network, such as Facebook and Twitter; I have been an active member for over three years.
