Duties:
? Co-lead commissioning meetings with various trades to have an open conversation about trade stoppages, future planning and weekly activity forecasts.


Co-lead the design & fit out meetings. Walking the team through various drawings to discover clashes across design and installation, evaluate service schedules and performance which ensures installations to client specification. This is then fed back to the design consultants then turned into 2D Drawings by the CAD Team.


Carryout site walkthroughs which involved organise site compliance across the various trades. Ensuring their completed works were up to the high standard of the client. Help identify and fix any site blockers that were slowing down the programme and advise trades on best installation practises.


Gather information from the sections above to create 3 Week lookaheads to help the site continue on track with its programme.


Assist the build team with their various fixtures when required. This allowed programmes of work to stay on track.


Consistently ensure a relation with the client, various sub-contractors, other managers and labour on site.


Handle all Quality Assurance tasks including inspections and reports, RFI’s, Subcontractor RFI’s and snagging duties.


Reviewing workflow which included the use of Navisworks design program. I would consistently review and edit designs to ensure less design installation clashes.


Work with the design teams to ensure designs have installation potential. Reviewing and approving drawings before being issued to subcontractors for installation.


Carrying out RAMS (Read, write and send off for approval), H&S Audits and ensuring the site was up to the correct H&S standards.


Oversee mechanical, electrical, public health and BMS Installations.
