• Hand Holding around 20 dealers in Sub Saharan Africa to achieve annual Parts sales target.
• Establishing business plan / Budget for parts operation and execution through dealers
• Training dealer team on System & Process .
• Developing and executing retails schemes for parts and Lubricants along with dealers.
• Feedback on parts pricing & competitor information to HQ on regular basis.
• Dealer development: Dealer Audit, Conduct Regular Parts & Attachment Training to Dealers.
• Hand Holding dealer team on intelligent Inventory Management
