In the role of Office/Admin coordinator, Handling all HR & Administrative Activities for the project department , Communication and Coordination with various Departments : Arrange and organize interviews, feedback on interview conducted, define job roles etc., Leave Management of Staff , Resourcing File Management and Documentation, Attend Telephone Calls, Travel Arrangement for project staff and Organizing seminars and Events


In the role of PA , managing complex schedule of the Senior (Dairy Management) , Daily Reminders, Attending calls, Coordination of Reports for him , Arranging Meetings & Minutes of Meetings, Prepare Correspondence/ Letters/ Memo, Travel arrangement and follow up on per diem travel allowance, Time Management, In charge of Project petty cash, supervising the receptionist and office/facilities, , Coordinate for weekly and Monthly site progress reports from Project Managers and highlight Key issues as instructed , Handling Confidential information in most stringent manner.
