? Qualified Architect dedicated, resourceful, over 10 years + 3 year gulf work experience as an Architect in Architectural Design and Construction Management Company.
? Managing design and construction management of Residential, Group housing, Villa’s, Row housing, commercial such as Hotel Township, Interior design & Interior projects.
? Generating design and conceptual & schematic plans for layout and interfacing with clients for approval of the same. The scope of design includes.
? Architecture & Interior designing & 3D modelling using Auto-cad 2008/2010/2013, Sketch-up & Revit for presentation using Photoshop & power point.
? Developing shop drawings, detailing interiors & co-ordinated with service drawings.( Electrical fixture, Plumbing & Sanitation)
? Site coordination with contractors ,Vendors & service engineers( hvac, structure , electrical , plumbing, drainage & fire)
Design Development & Construction Role
? Reporting to Head of Engineering Department /Project Manager.
? Review all Architectural and Structural Drawings and ensure adherence to all applicable design and regulatory/codes and standards.
? Check specifications for all finishing trades.
? To check all drawings received from client / Consultant and notify in accordance with the site Quality Manual and procedure of any discrepancies and ensure that these are resolved.
? To provide information, instructions and sketches to enable the works on site to be built correctly.
? To attend technical meetings with project Managers.
? To maintain records relating to your section of work.
? To raise RFI’s if there are discrepancies with MEP work and Architectural finishes.
? To be familiar with all approved samples related to finishes.
? To review shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors.
? To coordinates between subcontractors ,has the ability to prepare details shop drawings.
