Ensuring optimum liquidity position establishing strategic cost management system for monitoring various overheads and devising product costing techniques. Prepare Budget proving for managerial purposes.
Taxation/Statutory Compliance: Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of Tax returns and Income Tax assessments and filing of various Forms, Returns etc. required under various Statutes. Ensuring adherence to companies act and preparation of returns & forms under Companies Act. Computing and paying various taxes online for the Company and its personnel. Vetting of client tax returns and advising them on the tax liabilities. Regulatory Compliances, Payments of taxes, train staff of client tax optimization technics, etc.
Auditing: Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out Internal/Statutory Audits. Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors. Tax Auditors (for different Countries requirements) & Preparing Schedules and Reports for the same. Discussing their queries and giving suitable replies.
Risk Management at levels of the company via risk metrics, scenario testing and scenario analysis, environmental scanning and credibility build up of our company clients. Ensuring proper safety at work and during meeting. Mitigation of credit risk at point of lending and modifying recovery strategies on a go basis.
People’s Management: Currently managing a Team of 12 staff including myself (2 Accountants, 2 loan Officers, 1 Internal Controller, 2 Marketers, 2 Guards, 1 Cashier, and 1 Secretary) and a BoD of 7 members with 3 other organs.
Recruitment, Training, Placement and Retention of Staff: Identify HR needs for the company and prepares job adverts, schedule interviews, prepare both written, practical and IQ interviews, for shortlisted candidates, guide the BoD on the type of Talents to be acquired, assist them in the interview process and give new entrants the required training.
