Information from various source systems consolidated into the EDW and then Data Mart is build, will then be used by business user groups to generate various reports from DM.

While Wizard is the central driver for billing, order fulfillment actions and process management is done by Classic Clarify. eDCA is one of the important upstream systems – widely used for Order Entry of MPLS and Spring (Reuters) orders.
