• Auditing Global Quality standards such as BRC/BSI, ISO 22000, ISO 9001:2008, United States Army Food Safety Standard, Australian Supermarket standards such as Coles Plus, Coles, Woolworth’s and current local government laws regulations and legislation.
• Leading, supervising and training quality team, organizing resources and managing projects.
• Identifying potential food safety hazards, Inspecting, monitoring, assessing, analyzing and documenting risks and issues.
• Planning, problem solving, reporting food safety issues and designing & implementing quality controls.
