Handling forecasting, budgeting, procurement, distribution and consumption of resources.
Developing and implementing key procurement strategies from vendors and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.
Handling all the bills of various vendors and ensuring smooth payments for the same.
Facilities Management
Overseeing transportation arrangement, hotel bookings, guest house accommodation, event management, lease deed, security, housekeeping, food arrangement for employees, Air Conditioning Plants, UPS/ Gensets, Telecommunication, etc.
Managing proper maintenance of building services (electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, landscaping, housekeeping, civil works, etc.)..
Supervising the housekeeping activities in the organization; ensuring availability of stationery and other essential items.

Selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.
Hands on experience in short listing & finalisation of office space, execution of projects, setting up of complete facilities for different industries with the ability to design cost effective and adaptable solutions.
Security Management
Planning and monitoring security arrangements involving preparing security plans, deployment of security personnel, etc.
Implementing stringent security measures for the safety of high-value assets.
Ensuring correct implementation of security policies and monitoring within the legal frame-work.
