2010SEP – Present : Planning Manager, Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC International)

Project: Development of Batinah Expressway-Pack 6 (BEW6) (Project Cost: USD 330 Million, Client: OTC Ministry)
Project: Development of Muscat International Airport (DMIA) (Project Cost : USD 2.4 Billion , Client : OTC Ministry)
Project: Mushaireb Projects (Project Cost : USD 472 Million , Client : Qatari Diar)
Duties: ? Manage planners so as to effectively train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
• Liaise with design team regarding planning activities ensuring documents are produced on agreed deadlines.
• Prepare fully resourced contract baseline programs, tender programs, recovery and claim programs in compliance with both, contract requirements and company resources, detailing of design/shop drawings, procurement and construction phases of project using Lean Management and Last Planner's Techniques.
• Manage Updating Programs based on actual progress achievement and variation of construction methodology.
• Monitor productivity incentive scheme.
• Collate, monitor and feedback outputs, bench-marking and continuous improvements.
