COKE GIT Resource onboarding process is to carry out Resource Onboarding of new contract/existing employees. This involves validating the employee details as follows:
a) Send tagging request to the CG Tagging team for the new employees added in the onboarding sheet.
b) Send tagging request to the Clarity Tagging team for the new employees added in the onboarding sheet.
c) Send Welcome notes to the new & required employees and give Troom access for the necessary troom links given in Input Data Sheet.
d) Check the tagging end date in “Actual End” column in Master Sheet and send alert message to PMO if the end date of the employee is <=30 days(as defined in the parameter column in input sheet).
e) For existing employee - check if extension request is raised. If so send CG Tagging extension request to the CG tagging team for the respective employees.
f) Send follow-up email to the CG tagging team if the tagging or tagging extension are not done within 2 days (as defined in the parameter column in input sheet) of the tagging request by comparing RA sheet.

Login to remote server and service now application. Read the requests received by the user. Login to LMS application and dynamics application using RDC. Automated mail (with attached report .CSV) would be received after user completed the training. Download the attachment (report.CSV) from automated mail. Read the user details from downloaded CSV. Trover’s Solutions Inc. is an insurance company which receives different client data feeds in different formats. The project is to transform raw data of different formats (fixed, xlsx, xml, etc..,) into SQL Server packages using SSIS. This involves writing stored procedures for dynamic table’s creation, handling special data, exceptions. There is basically a master package which calls the relevant SSIS sub package or stored procedures based on steps defined for execution plan.
Feed Cap Utility is used to hold Client (Insurance Company) cases information called feeds. Feeds are formats in which the client sends the case details. All this formats are maintained in Feed Cap Utility which is later used by Feed Cap Framework to dump data to destination tables from dump files.
