I am always looking for challenges in the areas of educational reforms, new startups/projects, leadership & management, innovation; and more importantly, meeting the international standards. With a 'Can do" attitude, perseverance, abundant energy, knowledge and skills and a rich international experience, in both public and private sectors; I would embrace the opportunity to discuss in details how my successful international experiences will allow me to make a remarkable and valuable contribution.
My philosophy of education and my vision are aligned with my short and long term professional goals and are always linked to improving students’ outcomes and monitoring teaching and learning so schools will meet all students’ individual needs regardless of their academic and non-academic backgrounds. During my daily walk through and interaction with all my staff, parents and students, I always ask myself the following questions and they are as follows, but not limited to:
* How well do my schools perform overall nationally and internationally?
* How good are the teaching, learning, internal and external assessments?
* Do the current curricula meet all students’ educational and individual needs?
* Are my students’ achievement, progress and learning skills up to the international standards? Improving? Where is the evidence that support them? If not, what are the areas and the plan for improvement? Monitoring systems?
* How good do schools promote students’ well-being, personal and social development?
