• With more than 13 years of experience as Medical Technologist/Laboratory Scientist in three tertiary hospital-clinical laboratories and in an AABB accredited cord stem cell blood bank.
• Excellent clinical laboratory skills, with commended performance in conducting/analyzing laboratory assays, resolving complex clinical problems and machine troubleshooting.
• Competent in following areas: Clinical Chemistry and Toxicology, Microscopy, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology/Parasitology, Blood Banking, Histopathology Techniques, Phlebotomy and Cellular Therapy.
• Highly trained in HPC – cord blood processing, cryopreservation and analysis.
• Experienced apheresis machine operator. Can perform the following procedures: platelet apheresis, plasmapheresis, leukapheresis and peripheral blood stem cell harvest.
• Trained analyst for therapeutic drug monitoring and other abused substances including alcohol.
• Accurate, reliable, diligent and focused on the timely, quality completion of all lab procedures.
• Excellent ability to work independently, evaluate situations and act appropriately.
