I have 18 years of legal experience of which 6 years in International Law Firms in Dubai, and 12 year as In-house legal (Director, Manager, Head of Legal and VP Legal & Board Secretary) in the Middle East and Africa, In particular I have extensive Oil & Gas, Energy , Petrochemicals LNG and Engineering, Construction (4 + years in Saudi Aramco ExxonMobil Company, Oil and Gas, upstream, midstream & down stream projects) and more than three years Engineering in GCC Interconnection Authority.
Furthermore, I worked as a Board Secretary in Saudi Telecom and Board Advisor in GCC Interconnection Authority, where I worked closely and extensively in Oil and Gas and Engineering regulatory matters Business Code of Conduct. I have excellent experience in developing policies & procedures, by-laws for the Board (Board Committees by-laws) , and advising the Board of Directors in connection with legal and regulatory issues in addition to dealing with all kinds of EPC (i.e., FIDIC) contracts and negotiations Furthermore, educating and advising senior management about the legal risks in contracts and set Contracts Review Policies, in addition to implementing regulatory strategies and developing the same.
Excellent experience in FIDIC Contracts Management , Dispute Resolution, Drilling Contracts and Maritime Law.
