As You will see in my Curriculum Vitae, which I enclosed, I am 48 years of age and completed Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication. I am a management telecom professional with 19+ years of exceptional track record in service provisioning and maintenance and in-depth working knowledge of Fiber optics (FTTX, GPON) with sound knowledge of fiber optic cable testing, splicing and structured cabling for telephone network.
My previous position was in Al Mashriq Telecom, Qatar (Subcontractor- Huawei for FTTX rollout), as Project Manager -ISP. My three and half years experience in ISP team management is a plus factor for the applied position. I am having 14+ years experience in Etisalat ( Customer Service Team doing installation and maintenance of triple play services via GPON) I am currently working for Ooredoo (supplied by Qatar Mutitech) as Transmission support engineer.
Responsibilities as Project Manager
• Managing and leading a team size of 100 which includes Project Engineers, Coordinators, Document Controllers, Supervisors & Technicians
• Monitor Daily Targets & KPI.
• Conduct Kick-off Meeting when ever required.
• Direct and Execute Approved Plan.
• Monitor Project Execution.(Tracking Work Orders, Material utilization etc.)
• Co-coordinating with the client on the commercial aspects of the project.
• Identifying and recruiting resources as required for the project.
• Control and monitor Project Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Risk
• Report on Project Performance
• Respond to Client complaints, Concerns related to the project.
• Tender preparation and clarification of bid conditions to the management.
• Billing follow up with Clients.
• Manage Stakeholders Expectations
