WORK EXPERIENCE
* Sr. Marketing and Sales Manager Jan 2010 – Feb 2018 SEDCO Development, Jeddah KSA.

- Develop and execute the marketing plan for SEDCO Development and its development projects.
- Ensure that SEDCO Development’s corporate brand, identity and specifications meet the highest professional standards and reflect corporate values at all times.
- Assist in preparing investment recommendations, legal agreements, Board papers and other submissions in relation to development projects; and stay abreast of market and sector occurrences and trends.
- Oversee the preparation of the sales/leasing strategy & plan and ensure its alignment with SEDCO Development’s strategic direction and marketing plan.
- Oversee the developing of sales/lease forecast, sales/lease targets and plans with regards to economic climate, competitive environment, real estate trend, and legislative actions for every project within SEDCO Development.
- Monitor the operating results of the sales/leasing function, compare them to established goals and objectives, and report results to SEDCO Development.
- Oversee the development of customer database and the identification of potential customers in conjunction with the outsourced sales/leasing agent.
- Coordinate relationship with government agencies, domestic and international parties whenever required.
- Set public relations and press statement release objectives that support the marketing plan.
- Develop short term marketing Strategies and plans that aims to support SEDCO Development in promoting its projects and ensure that these strategies and plans are aligned with the approved annual budget and its strategic direction.
- Manage all Public Relations activities within SEDCO Development in order to build and maintain positive relationships with the public as well as sustaining SEDCO Development reputation and brand image.
- Manage all activities in relation to the posting of online content and news on SEDCO Development website (in coordination with the Information Technology function) while ensuring the legality of all posted content with the Legal Affairs function and handle all media activities related to the public relations such as preparing and issuing press releases on behalf of SEDCO Development.
- Manage the execution of approved marketing strategy and plan in coordination with marketing & advertising firm/agency and ensure its effectiveness, validity, as well as their compliance with local governmental and cultural acceptance.
- Research public image and perform continuous evaluation of public relations campaigns by conducting focus groups, co-coordinating surveys, researching recent reports and articles, or commissioning market research.
- Represent (when required) SEDCO Development and act as a spokesperson at all exhibitions, trade shows, press events, and seminars.

- Preparation of all business and reports, reviews, analysis and update of the figures and information on feasibility studies and cash flows for projects.
- Provide support to the Managing Director of Real Estate Investment in all facets of deal evaluation and execution. This entails working closely with cross- functional teams from internal departments and external advisors.
