Duties related to Properties
? Managing all property maintenance issues.

Duties related to Finance
? Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, in order to finalize the group financial statements to ensure timely submission to the company’s auditors.

? Record accurate transactions accurately and assist in generating periodical reports to reflect the true and fair view of the financial performance of the company and for ease of decision making by senior management.

? Prepare Inventory reports on monthly basis and detailed analysis of item performance.
? Supervise the processing of the monthly salary payroll and guidelines to ensure payments are made on time.

? Supervise in controlling and reviewing purchase order payments so that vendors / service providers are paid as per the agreed contractual terms and within the credit period. Handle book related entries into the system to ensure the system is updated at all time.
? Control and review all invoices; handle collection and book related entries into the system to ensure the system is updated at all time.

? Maintain accurate all company records to ensure ease of retrieval for future reference.

? Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
? Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures.

? Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of accounting systems, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
