I am serving my 1 month notice period as Manager Operations with AKA Management Consultancy LLC. It is a nascent firm (incorporated in June 2017). The role entails responsibility of general accountant, HR generalist, Procurement and Office Administration. From starting the office, managing correspondence with supplier and customers, handling customer grievances, to managing cash flows, it’s a one person show to coordinate a team of 7 people. I seek to explore a higher challenge in any organization with values of gender equality and cultural diversity in place.
Manager Accounts Receivable- LIN SCAN Adv. Pipelines and Tank Services

The company provides services of pipeline integrity management to oil & gas sector, across six territories including India, GCC, Russia, Europe and the Far East, Americas, and Africa. It was a great opportunity to work in a production and project-based environment with cultural diversity and gender equality. My direct functional responsibility was towards Finance manager while under close mentoring and guidance of Executive Vice President and frequent coordination with project coordinator on project milestones and timelines.
Accounts Officer and Internal Auditor – ID&C DMCC Oct 2014 Jul 2015
ID&C JLT is a DMCC free zone based company in JLT, Dubai involved in interior design and consulting services. Working on a small scale comes with cost limitations. Working with construction consultancies in managed communities like Jumeirah Golf Estates was a great learning experience. From the sourcing of engineering consultants, approved construction contractors and certified HSE consultants and actual bid analysis within strict project timelines to successful team deployment and commencement of execution everything I did I added value to the overall business of the firm.
During the years 2005 to 2008, I worked as a Tax Associate with SM Masood Chartered Accountants and; as an Audit Associate with Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman which is a Pakistan Affiliate of Grant Thornton International. This was part of 3.5 years long mandatory training under bylaws of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
