COTMAC AUTOMATION SERVICES COMPANY (Nov, 2009 – 2011)
Cotmac is also a part of well known KFB Holding Group. Cotmac was established as joint venture company in partnership between MEMF and Cotmac, India, a well known company in Automation Solution Provider and Control Panel manufacturer.

• To manage Funding / Working capital requirements of the Mills.
• To facilitate General Manager (Finance) in projecting sales forecast for forthcoming crushing season and its comparison with actual results.
• To supervise day-to-day financial function of the mills.
• To provide daily operational information to the C.E.O. for smooth running of the mills.
• To deal with the banks for the renewals and enhancement of Cash/Running Finance limits with the banks. I was dealing with the (16) commercial banks to fulfill mills financial needs especially in season. (From November to April)
• To prepare actual and projected income statement, Balance sheets and Cash flow statements for the review of the C.E.O. and to present them to the banks as well on required basis.
• To project and supervise the payable status of Growers on monthly basis and it’s reporting to C.E.O.
• To independently deal with the (FBR) Federal Board of Revenue on various taxation issues including implementation of Statutory Revenue Orders (SROs) issued by the FBR from time to time.

• To coordinate with Financial Controller in preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements and commentary thereon including preparation of necessary supporting schedules, variance analysis and to discuss the results with the Regional Manager/Business Unit Head.

• Forecasting of cash flows and management of working capital requirements for central region.

• Prepare, reconcile and monitor Joint Marketing Budget funded by The Coca-cola international.
• Supervise payroll related matters of Central Region staff having strength of 405 employees.
• Co-ordinate with Head office for the appropriate flow of funds to Central Region.
