Job Description:

• Demonstrated experience in handling & controlling various project materials & equipment at site in Oil & Gas projects.
• Possess good knowledge of stock management and inventory administration/control.
• Assisting in the generation of Procurement MTOs
• Consolidating, Preparing, and Finalizing Procurement MTOs considering Procurement, Fabrication Allowances & releasing of Procurement MTOs to buyers through MOSS for procurement action.
• Arranging SAP Code, PR of items based upon Project WBS & HSN Code.
• Optimization of Procurement MTOs & Cost Saving.
• Liaison with Civil, HVAC, E&I, Mechanical, Piping, and Structural disciplines for Engineering Documents, Drawings, MTOs etc.
• Liaison with Yards, Loadout, Installation, SCM, QA, and F&A Departments as & when required.
• Liaison with buyers for timely PO release in SAP.
• Review of LOIs / POs Item details, quantity, and specification with respect to Procurement MTOs & seek clarification from the concerned Buyer / Engineer in case of any query/mismatch.
• Participating in a feasibility study on utilization of Surplus Material from Previous Projects.
• Assisting in surplus material transfer from past Projects to present Projects in SAP.
• Liaison with Buyer / QA / Logistics / Exim Personnel for Material Readiness, Inspection, Delivery, and Custom Clearance Status.
