Technical Office Engineer
Key Accountabilities :
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation related to architectural design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Research and select appropriate construction materials, finishes, and equipment that meet project requirements and budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to address design issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, verify adherence to architectural plans and specifications, and identify any deviations or quality issues that require correction.
Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any related field.
• Knowledge: Saudi Building Codes, construction details, and finishings.
• Skills: Advanced in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience: 7 years of related experience.
