Secretary
Job Location : Kuwait
Responsibilities:
• Organize work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications
• Sorting and distributing the incoming mail, tracking & dispatching the same to concerned departments
• Completes requests by greeting visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Preserve confidentiality of classified and sensitive information / documents and files
• Maintain department schedule by maintaining agendas for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Manage office supplies and equipment and coordinate office procedures
• Manage any additional assignment given by the Managers
Skills:
• Professional and presentable and must be bilingual.
• Excellent English language fluency: writing and speaking is must.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in both language Arabic and English
• Strong proofreading skills are a must.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers
