Job responsibilities include:
• Responsible to achieve Individual Sales Target of Cambridge Retail Training Programs.
• Perform Cold Calling to prospective customers for the sales of Training Programs.
• Convince the Clients to get the revenue of courses through tele-calling
• Update the progress and next actions in CRM
• Generate leads through different sources and self-initiation
• Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions
• Increase overall sales and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
• Utilize innovative strategies for retaining clients
• Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Disciplined use of communication and customer management.
• Forecasting and analyzing sales data.
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Ensure ISO standards of quality are met for the company services
