Channel Manager - AV (Audio Visual) to be based in Qatar
• Will be responsible to manage the channel sales for Qatar region, that includes recruiting new partners/ resellers and retaining and scaling the existing ones.
• Person will be responsible for achieving the revenue target, profitability and developing channel strategies in the region.
• Work with the sales and presales team of the partner to make sure the Co. distribution products are specified by the partner into end user accounts.
• Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the AV-UC distribution/Integration
• Should have a minimum of 3-4 years sales experience with the knowledge of the Qatar market, the partners, and the end users.
• Technical knowledge of the current AV solutions.
