Job Description :
• Order execution of all products ranges against customer order.
• Implement ISO/API process in manufacturing and testing of valves.
• Ensure product testing and validation of new product developed.
• Design and develop tools/ testing fixtures/assembly fixtures required for assembly and testing of valves.
• Ensure customer complaints are addressed on time with proper solution and responses within stipulated time.
• Visit customer sites for complaint solving, commissioning, inspection, servicing, training and other activities.
• Need prepare demonstration videos, assembling and testing videos to communicate with the customer.
• Root cause analysis and implementation of non-conformance processes, corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Work to ensure manpower and resources are applied in efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
• Analyse the technical issues of products and coordinate with design team to rectify the issue.
