Sales Executive – Real Estate
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale or rent.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or rental agreements.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying or renting process.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
