Job Location : UAE

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the leasing process and negotiate lease terms.
• Coordinate property viewings and communicate with prospective tenants
• Support marketing efforts to attract tenants and create compelling property listings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property availability.
• Act as a liaison between property owners and tenants, providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with property owners and managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards.
• Stay up to date on market trends and competition to make informed recommendations on rental pricing and property improvements.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in leasing or property management.
• Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic or any other language would be a plus.
• Candidate should be immediately available.
• Must be willing to work under the employment visa, which will be provided after the probationary period.
