• Positions work independently or under direct supervision by supervisor.
• Assist with guarding the facility, parking control, and patrolling on foot.
• Provide advance level security work in access areas that lead to the facility and different zones.
• Protecting nursing staff and other patients from harm against patients that became violent or abusive.
• Positions work independently or under direct supervision of a nursing staff member.
• Mental Health Response Team Members have advance knowledge of conflict resolution, incident management, dealing with persons that have behavioural issues and restraining techniques.
