Visa Specialist

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year UAE Experience in Visa applications

Description :

• Guide and describe applicants about complete visa process.
• Able to handle emergency cases/conflict cases.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with applicants in person, phone calls and emails
• Maintaining spreadsheets on assigned clients
• Responsible for the arrangement of visas, timely submission and pick up of applications; regularly liaise with various consulates/embassies as appropriate and arrange payment for visa procurement.
• Responsible for processing visa applications: Investor, Employee, Dependent, Golden visas
• End-of-day, weekly and monthly comprehensive reports
